Looks less like a wedding and more like the welcoming committee at the Willy Wonka Candy Factory. Reception to be held on the banks of the Chocolate River?

I’m just trying to make sense of this. Possible scenarios are:

1) The couple is part of a beer preservation society

2) The couple is getting married at a beer theme park

3) The groom’s best man built it for them as a “surprise”

4) The couple was the architects behind this.
